My role is to represent you and act as a liaison or intermediary between you and the lenders (banks and credit unions included) and arrange a mortgage with the best terms and rates suited to each individual.  The best deal isn’t necessarily the lowest rate.  I will examine your circumstances and future plans to recommend a mortgage product that is right for you.

My services are free, only when I must use sub-prime and private lending option is there ever a brokerage fee.

Relationships are important to me, and I strive to be an ongoing resource for my clients even after their mortgage is secured.  I complete reviews of your mortgage throughout your term to ensure you are in the best product and rate.
